Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g ground coffee preferably a strong roast
  • 400 ml cold water

Instructions
 

  • Put coffee and water into a cafetiere
  • Leave to steep for at least 24 hours
  • strain into a bottle and place in the fridge
  • enjoy on it's own, with ice, maple syrup, milk or diluted with cold water
